If any of the materials are copyrighted, I have obtained the necessary permission from the copyright owner to duplicate them. I affirm that this order is strictly for personal use and will not be distributed for commercial purposes. Nostalgic Echo is not liable for verifying this information and is therefore exempt from any responsibility.

LIABILITY POLICY

Please take note that Nostalgic Echo will not accept liability for any damage that may occur to personal property, such as DVDs or Blu-ray videos, during the transportation and delivery process. I, Nostalgic Echo's client, have thoroughly read and fully agree with all the statements mentioned in this agreement.

REFUND POLICY

We provide a one-hour consultation before making your slideshow and an extra one-hour consultation, either by phone or email, after the production process. This allows you, our valued client, to effectively communicate any desired changes to our skilled team of artisans before the completion of the final video. We want everything to be perfect, with no room for errors. Hence, refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase.

MUSIC SELECTIONS AND COPYRIGHT LAWS

Nostalgic Echo, your photomontage video service will carefully select music for your videos based on mood, tone, pace, style, and theme. Our consultation service helps you choose the perfect music for your photos and home movies. We’ll edit songs to fit the video’s length and blend with the visuals. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, tailoring the music to your style and taste. Due to strict copyright laws, Nostalgic Echo only selects music that is royalty-free, free from copyright restrictions. We avoid violating laws by not using copyrighted music, instead using royalty-free, original music that can be used in our productions.
